  3. Author Three Books on the topics of Leadership, Spiritual Development, and Emotional Intelligence with three more in process.
  4. Build Employee Retention Cultures in Collaboration with Clients and My Network of Qualified Consultants That Increased Satisfaction, Productivity, While Reducing The Costs of Turnover, Absenteeism, and Contract Staff.
  5. Work with Thousands of Health Care Professionals, in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, and Home Care to reduce on-the-Job injuries.
